Free US shipping on orders of $140 or more. All US orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands) will be shipped via UPS Ground (or USPS Priority Service, at our discretion). Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Returns
CAISSON products purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund free of charge. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags and packaging. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of CAISSON. Products in non-resealable packaging must be returned with packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please use our contact form (or send email to info@caisson.co): Indicate ‘Returns’ on your subject line and include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with an RA number and return label to complete your return. Once our warehouse has received and processed the return your refund will be issued.
